  • Your request is submitted within 30 days​ of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads, personalized/custom items, and final sale merchandise (e.g., clearance).


2. Refund Process

  • Inspection First:​ Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Payment Method:​ Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • Timeline:​ Allow 3–7 business days​ for processing (depending on your bank).


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot refund:
