Your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads, personalized/custom items, and final sale merchandise (e.g., clearance).
2. Refund Process
Inspection First: Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return.
Payment Method: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Timeline: Allow 3–7 business days for processing (depending on your bank).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot refund:
Items returned after 30 days.
